- We have had the honour of working with several Canadian, US, and European pharmaceutical and biotech clients, including Fortune 500 pharmaceutical firms.
We are currently looking for an Event & Meeting Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time role supporting client project delivery. Specific responsibilities include
- · Collaborate with the project teams to ensure the delivery of event logistics
- · Track and deliver documentation for compliance reporting
- · Develop invitations, agendas, and PowerPoint presentations
- · Interact across project teams, with health care professionals, and vendor contacts
- · Provide customer service and logistics support
- · Consistently provide complete and timely communication of meeting information to and from clients, project team, and meeting participants
- · Initiate and maintain contact with other key individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues
- · Execution and coordination of contracts, payments, meeting invitations, reminder emails, and correspondence as required
- · Virtual meeting support
- · Deliver post-project expense reporting and reconciliation
- · Create, customize, and maintain virtual registration process
- Requirements
- · Undergraduate degree in Life Science or a health-related field
- · Demonstrated knowledge and experience with meeting processes, principles, and best practices
- · Experience with the preparation and execution of advisory boards for pharmaceutical clients is an asset.
- · Availability to start working full time within 3 weeks of receiving an offer
- · Proven written/communication skills with high attention to detail – both in a narrative style for reports as well as the ability to tailor content for PowerPoint presentations
- · Exemplary organization and time management skills
- · Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines, while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
- · Exceptional customer service skills
- · Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in PowerPoint
- · Ability to work in Canada legally for any employer, a valid passport, and the ability to travel to Europe and USA
