The expected annual salary range for this role is $73000 - $91000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. As part of the two-year ETLDP program, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your skills development in two high-growth technology areas. Our tailored development program includes leadership training, one-on-one coaching, and networking opportunities with experienced leaders. DERMS also provides a foundation for faster development of innovative energy products. The candidate will work with various technologies, software and hardware platforms, and programming languages such as Robot Framework, TypeScript, React, Golang, Python, etc., under Linux. They will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to cloud technologies (Docker) and low-level languages (C/C++) through collaboration with DERMS teams. Design and develop new features for internal test management tools Test new features, identify risks, and propose alternative solutions Assist in resolving existing issues Automate current testing processes using various software tools Support/improve hardware test setups in the lab CYME has earned a strong reputation for technical expertise and diligent after-sales service. As part of a multidisciplinary development team, the developer will contribute to designing and developing automated tools and procedures to streamline the team's testing process. Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts Define and align testing strategies with project requirements Perform manual and automated tests to identify bugs Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests Identify, document, and track software defects Communicate issues to the development team and collaborate on solutions Ensure software meets specified requirements and standards Validate that the final product is user-friendly and functions as intended Principales compétences: Fournir un travail de qualité et montre une attention considérable aux détails. Études de baccalauréat/DEC en ingénierie, en informatique ou l'équivalent d'un établissement accrédité Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (compétences professionnelles). La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec des collègues et des partenaires situés à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du Québec, ainsi que pour comprendre la documentation technique dans le domaine de notre industrie. Expérience dans l'automatisation de tests et l'application de techniques de test logiciel Expérience en programmation (C++/C#, Java et/ou Python) Expérience sur les outils d'automatisation des tests pour les applications Desktop ou Web (par exemple Cypress, Selenium, Test Complete, SOAPUI, Postman) Expérience avec Git, GitHub et CI/CD Être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada sans parrainage de l'entreprise. Études d'assurance qualité logicielle ou certifications en tests logiciels Expérience dans les tests de performance et les outils Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail Work collaboratively and demonstrate solid communication skills Work efficiently and show strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree or DEC in engineering, computer science, or equivalent from an accredited institution Proficiency in English and French (professional level).
