- What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be the first point of contact for members looking to understand their coverage options. This includes
- Handling scheduled inbound and follow-up calls
- Coordinating virtual appointments with members
- Providing clear, compassionate guidance on benefit options
- Completing digital enrollment documents accurately
- Staying organized and ensuring quality in every interaction
- Collaborating with your team and participating in ongoing training

- You’re detail-oriented and good at managing your time
- You’re self-motivated but work well with others
- Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
