You’ll be the first point of contact for members looking to understand their coverage options. This includes

  • Handling scheduled inbound and follow-up calls
  • Coordinating virtual appointments with members
  • Providing clear, compassionate guidance on benefit options
  • Completing digital enrollment documents accurately
  • Staying organized and ensuring quality in every interaction
  • Collaborating with your team and participating in ongoing training
