About
We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-first Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. Your main focus will be reconnecting with existing clients to schedule renewal and strategy calls, provide light account updates, and help coordinate key client success activities. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Reach out to existing B2B Rocket clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to schedule renewal or check-in calls. • Send follow-up messages to clients who haven’t yet confirmed renewal or meeting times. • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and internal tracker updated with the latest notes and call details. • Assist with light admin tasks such as call prep, calendar coordination, and sending client reminders. • Collaborate with our VIP Success and RevOps teams to ensure no client slips through the cracks. • Support special campaigns (e.g. renewal promos, client success surveys, or early-bird offers). ⸻ What We’re Looking For • High energy and great communication skills — you’re comfortable speaking with professionals and enjoy connecting with people. • Strong organization and attention to detail — you don’t let follow-ups slip. • Prior experience in sales, customer success, or virtual assistance is a plus. • Tech-savvy — you can easily learn platforms like HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace. • Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours.
