Provide established workers with information and strategies for dealing with job dissatisfaction, making mid-career changes and adjusting to workplace transitions. Provide established workers with information and strategies for maintaining a job or moving within an organization. Conduct vocational testing and psychometric assessment. Provide job training and support. Be the patient advocate. Ascertain facts on issues such as reason for loss of employment and availability for work. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment. Relay service to persons with disabilities.
