- Job Description: The Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic is responsible for responding to emergent and non-emergent calls for service; provides initial assessment, treatment and transport of ill or injured persons at the basic life support level. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

- Grade 12
- Licenses
- Registered Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic (EMT/PCP)
- Automated External Defibrillator Certificate (AED)
- Valid Class 4 driver's license
- International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS)
- Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)

- Be physically fit and able to perform duties as outlined
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level
