We are a luxury ground transportation company (chauffeur and high-end car rentals) looking for an experienced email and SMS marketing specialist to design, set up, and manage campaigns that drive bookings and retain clients. This is an ongoing role for the right person. Responsibilities: -Set up and manage email & SMS campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp + SMS add-ons (Postscript, Attentive, etc.). -Create automated flows (welcome, abandoned booking/cart, post-service thank-you, re-engagement). -Build monthly promotional campaigns targeting existing clients and leads. -Segment audiences (VIP clients, corporate accounts, repeat renters, new inquiries). -Write high-conversion copy that matches a premium/luxury brand voice. -Track performance: open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI — and optimize campaigns regularly. Ideal Candidate: -Proven experience running email & SMS campaigns for service-based or luxury brands. -Strong skills in copywriting + design (email layouts, branded templates). -Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and client retention strategies. -Familiarity with integrations (booking software, CRM tools). -Can show past campaign results with measurable impact.
