We are seeking an Email Outreach Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing agency in the HVAC/Home Services niche. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads through email outreach and a strong understanding of the HVAC industry. Your main role will be to research, build, and execute targeted cold email campaigns that deliver qualified leads for our clients. You’ll be working closely with us to refine messaging, test strategies, and ensure we’re reaching the right decision-makers. Responsibilities: -Conduct targeted prospect research (decision-makers within HVAC & home services). -Build clean, verified email lists that meet our ICP (ideal client profile). -Write and schedule compelling cold email sequences. -Manage inbox replies, including filtering, tagging, and passing qualified leads. -Continuously track, analyze, and improve campaign performance. -Suggest and implement best practices to increase deliverability and response rates. Requirements: -Proven experience in cold email outreach lead generation (B2B preferred). -Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar. -Strong copywriting skills for short, persuasive email messaging. -Knowledge of list-building, verification, and email deliverability best practices. -Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. -Experience in the HVAC or home services niche is a plus (not required).
