We are looking for an experienced email deliverability specialist to review and fix our DNS settings (hosted on IONOS) for outbound email campaigns sent through Go High Level (GHL). We are currently experiencing: 10%+ bounce rate on newsletters 6%+ bounce rate on webinar reminder emails Microsoft/Outlook emails either bouncing or landing in spam Our goal is to reduce bounce rates below 3% and improve reachability across all providers, especially Microsoft and Outlook. Scope of Work: Audit existing DNS records (IONOS) Correctly configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC Ensure Go High Level outbound email + Mailgun (if required) are set up properly Troubleshoot Outlook/Office 365 deliverability and apply fixes Provide actionable recommendations for long-term inbox placement Deliver a clear before/after report with implemented changes Requirements: Proven expertise with DNS configuration (IONOS or similar) Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Hands-on experience with Go High Level email systems Familiarity with Mailgun or similar SMTP relays Track record of fixing Microsoft/Outlook deliverability issues Preferred: Previous Upwork projects improving deliverability for SaaS/CRM outbound Ability to provide monitoring setup (Postmark, Mailgun dashboards, GlockApps, etc.) To Apply: Please include: Past work fixing deliverability (especially with Mailgun or GHL) Proof of reduced bounce rates or inbox placement results Your approach to diagnosing and fixing Microsoft/Outlook issues
