We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior VA / eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Shopify stores (jewelry, skincare, furniture, etc.). You will act as the “right hand” to the owner and ensure our existing team of 3 VAs are staying on top of tasks, inbox management, and supplier coordination. Your main responsibility is to keep operations running smoothly without things falling through the cracks. you must be able to perform their tasks when needed - respond to emails, take phone calls and chats, speak to suppliers, etc. Responsibilities: Monitor and clear the customer support inbox daily (ensure all emails are responded to within 24 hours). Oversee 3 existing VAs, assigning tasks and following up to ensure completion. Ensure daily order lists are properly compiled and sent to suppliers. Manage customer cancellations, refunds, and escalations with a professional tone. Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment. Create and maintain SOPs for smooth workflows. Report daily/weekly on sales, customer issues, and operational health. Suggest and implement improvements to customer service and operations processes. Requirements: Proven experience managing Shopify or other eCommerce operations. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide other VAs. Excellent English (written and spoken). Highly organized and detail-oriented — no emails/orders left behind. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership. Familiarity with Shopify and dropshipping workflows.
