About the Role

Mine & Yours is seeking an Ecommerce Associate who is eager to learn about and gain experience in web development, inventory management & merchandising. The successful candidate will be creative and resourceful and have the skills to execute ideas.

What You'll Do

• Writing product descriptions for our online store.

• Assists with online order fulfillment. Packs and ships online orders with care, ensuring that our e-commerce clients receive a luxury experience.

• Assists with our photoshoots. Supports On Model by steaming, outfitting and assisting as needed.

• Supports with client support inquiries.

• Assists in the monitoring of inventory accuracy.

• Occasionally assists with organizing and distributing inventory to our retail locations.

• Styling and merchandising of product on the website.

• Treats work environment with care and respect, ensures product is stored and moved with care when it’s in Ecommerce hands.

• Ensures work environment remains clean and organized.

• Understands key Ecommerce numbers and personal numbers/goals.

• Responsible for communicating well with leaders and peers, works as a team player to get products as quickly from Buying to Available to buy online.

• Contributes to monthly Ecommerce Meetings and huddles.

• Identifies ways our Ecommerce experience could be better and brings it up in Ecommerce Meetings.

• Supports with ad-hoc projects.

• Occasionally supports on the sales floor at our retail locations.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.

• Passion for writing.

• Has a sense of urgency, looks for ways to be more efficient.

• Proactive problem solving and ability to take direction.

• Strong attention to detail, An eye for details and ability to identify errors.

• Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.

• Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an asset.

• Experience in retail is an asset.

Compensation

• The expected hourly range for this role starts at $18/hr - $23/hr depending on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

• Please note that the expected salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within the local market. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on applicable experience, knowledge and skillset of the candidate
