We are a creative small business specializing in dot-painting kits, workshops, and unique art pieces. Our business is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us with product listings, spreadsheets, and social media updates so we can continue to expand our reach and focus on creating new products. Responsibilities: * Add and update products in Shopify (images, descriptions, pricing, tags) * Maintain and update spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for inventory, sales, and workshop registrations * Schedule and post on Facebook to promote products and workshops * Assist with basic online research and admin tasks as needed * Help with order tracking, responding to inquiries, and other small business support tasks Requirements: * Experience with Shopify (preferred) or similar e-commerce platforms * Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and updating data accurately * Familiar with Facebook posting and scheduling (other social platforms are a bonus) * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Good written communication in English * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks Hours: * Monday,Tuesday,Thursdays 11am-3pm Eastern Standard Time
