Description: I run a mix of e-commerce and health consulting projects and I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. The right candidate will balance Shopify order management, customer service, and light administrative work for health-related consulting projects. Responsibilities: Track and update order statuses (Shopify + fulfillment partners). Manage customer service inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Assist with product uploads and edits in Shopify. Support administrative tasks for health consulting (e.g., organizing documents, coordinating calls). Prepare simple weekly reports (orders, refunds, client inquiries). Requirements: Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Strong written English and attention to detail. Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). Organized, discreet, and dependable. Preferred: Experience with health, wellness, or consulting clients.
