Responsibilities: - Brainstorm world class Static ads Designs. - Create Static Ads, Carousels for various eCommerce industries (skincare, supplements, fashion, body care, accessories etc.). - Collaborate with Advertising Department to draft better Content and get better results - A/B Test regularly. - Stay up-to-date with Marketing best practices & bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Qualifications: - Perfect written english - Strong understanding of Marketing and eCommerce is preferred. - Great Creative skills. - Strong understanding of psychology, human biases, and persuasion techniques. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to take creative direction, receive feedback, and iterate on work.
