We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dough Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and food preparation, with the ability to create high-quality dough for various baked goods. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients to create dough for breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Ensure all food handling and safety standards are met during the preparation process.
• Assist in cake decorating and presentation of finished products.
• Package finished products for display or sale while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.

Skills

• Proficient in baking techniques with experience in dough preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Experience in cake decorating is a plus, enhancing product presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
