We’re looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion. You’ll be responsible for hiring and developing a high-energy team of field sales representatives, setting goals, crafting strategy, and leading by example in the field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of door-to-door sales reps
• Develop and implement effective sales scripts and strategies
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly team goals and KPIs
• Lead from the front: participate in field sales activities
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Motivate and manage team members to hit targets and grow professionally
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer service policies

Experience & Skills Needed

• Prior experience in door-to-door or direct sales
• Leadership and team-building experience (formal or informal)
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to train and inspire others
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
