- Track parts orders and returns
- Manage parts inventory
- Manage purchase orders
- Prepare stock orders for technicians
- Resolve customer issues
- All other tasks related to the smooth running of the service departmentnt

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS DESIRED

- Functionally bilingual
- Experience in HVAC - Asset
- Comfortable with computers in general
- Good sense of customer support
- Have good interpersonal skills
