Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
• Assist with basic food prep when required
• Empty garbage, recycling, and compost as needed
• Follow all health & safety and food-handling procedures
• Support the kitchen team in ensuring smooth service

Qualifications

• No previous experience required — training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending)
