HRS' Product Management department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. The department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and prioritizes features using analytics and data to meet business goals and deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.
Product Managers at HRS own the program backlog, define product increments and releases, and are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They possess strong business and technical knowledge, as well as excellent communication and prioritization skills.

YOUR CHALLENGES IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS

• Create the AI-driven and Apple-like Customer Experience vision and detail the strategic roadmap.
• Lead the product and engineering organization to plan, execute and retrospect the delivery of the roadmap with a focus on customer value and experience, commercial accumen and at minimum waste.
• Establish a customer experience performance metrics framework and related ceremonies.
• Establish a target customer experience standard and continuously assess, benchmark and report on product compliance with the standard and improvement priorities.  
• Engage with platform partners in successfully integrating the HRS lodging-as-a-service value proposition in their customers’ instances.
• Identify and partner with technologically enabling solutions that can differentiate and elevate the user experience leading to daily engagement.
