- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term resource allocation, financial forecasting, and the execution of organizational growth strategies.
- Compliance & Quebec Tax Standards: Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Specifically, manage reporting and relationship requirements with Revenu Québec, ensuring all provincial tax obligations and filings are executed accurately.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administatiton or Similiar Education plus a minunum of 10 years experience
- Advanced Technical Expertise: Mastery of accounts payable, accounts receivable, full-cycle accounting, and strategic budgeting.
- Leadership Excellence: A proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary finance teams.
- Corporate Finance & Strategy: Extensive experience in risk analysis, investment oversight, and cost-containment strategies.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in account reconciliation, financial modeling, and business development analysis
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Language Skills: Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset
- Strategic Vision: A proactive problem-solver with the ability to align financial oversight with broad organizational objectives.
