Operational Leadership: Manage headcount, budget, and vendor strategy in partnership with Finance and HR. Team Culture & Communications: Champion inclusion, collaboration, and clarity through internal communications and recognition programs. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience. 8+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance. 10+ years experience in Go-to-Market, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing or Business Management across commercial and consumer segments. 7+ years of experience in Technology, with experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) - across strategy, programs, sales enablement, budget management, and product launch.
