We are looking for a Direct Response Creative Strategist to help us build high-performing video concepts for paid ads (Meta & TikTok). This role focuses on hooks, angles, ad scripts, UGC concepts, and performance-driven creative — not video editing or brand storytelling. Responsibilities: • Generate strong hooks for short-form ads • Build creative angles based on consumer psychology • Write UGC-style scripts (15s/30s/60s) • Produce shotlists & B-roll requirements • Analyze winning ads and propose high-performing iterations • Build a structured creative testing system (concept banks, variations, ideas) Requirements: • Experience in direct response marketing • Background with TikTok ads, Meta ads, or UGC ads • Ability to write hooks/scripts quickly • Understanding of performance metrics (scroll-stop, hold rate, CTR) • Familiar with frameworks like AIDA, PAS, ACC • English fluency (French not required) Mandatory Test (applications without this will not be reviewed): Please include the following in your proposal: 1. 5 hooks for a Québec homeowner eligible for a $10,000 heat pump grant 2. A 30-second UGC script selling that idea 3. A short B-roll list supporting this video Compensation: $40–80/hour depending on experience. Long-term collaboration possible.
