Digital Retail Specialist (12-month contract) Are you excited by the intersection of digital retail, data, and technology? As a Digital Retail Specialist, you’ll help shape the customer journey on BestBuy.ca and influence how it comes to life in stores and marketing channels. From launching the latest tech to optimizing campaigns and promotions, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-impact experiences. In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. . What You’ll Do: Launch products, campaigns, and promotions across BestBuy.ca and other channels Translate strategy into execution across web, marketing, and in-store touchpoints Monitor business performance and customer behavior to uncover optimization opportunities Lead initiatives to improve discoverability and conversion through SEO, content placement, and merchandising tactics Use data to tell a story—sharing insights that influence business decisions beyond your immediate scope Stay ahead of the competition with market and trend analysis Support and mentor team members, helping the team deliver at its best What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing Strong understanding of KPIs like traffic, conversion, AOV, and margin—and how to drive them Proficiency with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, and web content management platforms Sharp analytical instincts and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights Familiarity with digital merchandising tactics such as product placement and landing page optimization; SEO knowledge is a plus Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to align teams around the “why” A curious, growth-oriented mindset and a drive to continuously improve Why You’ll Love It Here: Remote-first work environment.
