Description: We are Hidden Potential Marketing, helping ex-fighters and martial arts gyms grow their businesses through modern digital marketing systems. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist excited to work in the combat sports niche. Responsibilities: - Create copy/paste ad campaigns for Facebook & Instagram. - Set up and manage targeted ads for free trial/promotional offers. - Design and launch simple, high-converting landing pages. - Upload incoming leads into CRM for our setters. - Create automated follow-up messages to nurture leads until they book. - Report weekly on ad spend, leads generated, and conversions. Requirements: - Experience with Facebook Business Manager + Ads Manager. - Funnel/landing page design skills (ClickFunnels, GHL, Leadpages, or similar). - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Strong written English for ad copy. - Bonus: Passion for fitness, martial arts, or combat sports communities.
