Role Overview Stegas Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist capable of managing and executing end-to-end digital marketing operations across multiple brands. This role blends strategy, creativity, and technical execution — requiring strong skill sets in social media management, SEO, website optimization, UI/UX oversight, and content creation (blogs, newsletters, graphics). The goal: ensure consistent, data-driven growth across all client and in-house digital channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management (SSM) Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. Write captions, plan hashtags, and ensure tone alignment with brand voice. Schedule and automate posts using tools (Meta Suite, Later, GoHighLevel, etc.). Track engagement metrics (reach, saves, shares, clicks) and optimize based on data. Coordinate with design team (or use Canva/Adobe) for consistent visual output. Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend scanning to ensure content relevance. Deliverables: 12–16 posts/month per brand Monthly social analytics report Content strategy per quarter (themes, hashtags, campaign ideas) 2. SEO & Website Optimization Perform keyword research, identify ranking opportunities, and implement on-page SEO (titles, meta, alt text, internal links). Manage off-page SEO — backlinks, directories, and business citations. Conduct site audits to improve speed, accessibility, and structure. Collaborate with developers or directly edit content within CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Weblium, or GHL). Track keyword rankings monthly using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console. Optimize blog structure and internal linking to boost organic traffic. Deliverables: Monthly keyword tracking report SEO score improvement (on-page & technical) Backlink and citation updates 3. UI/UX & Web Updates Oversee UI consistency and UX flow across websites and landing pages. Audit user journey for conversion optimization (form placement, CTA flow, navigation). Collaborate with design/dev team to update site visuals and layouts. Conduct A/B tests on key landing pages (especially for lead funnels and franchise signups). Ensure all web experiences are mobile-optimized and fast-loading. Deliverables: Monthly UX audit + recommendations Updated landing pages for campaigns or service lines Conversion improvement targets 4. Content Creation & Blogging Write or coordinate production of weekly blogs aligned with SEO strategy and client niche. Generate monthly newsletters for each brand (using GHL, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo). Repurpose long-form content into social snippets, email teasers, and web updates. Collaborate with design for graphics, headers, and thumbnails. Manage brand tone and messaging consistency across all written assets. Deliverables: 4 blog posts/month Monthly newsletter per brand On-page optimization for all written content 5. Analytics & Reporting Set up and manage analytics dashboards (GA4, GHL, Meta Insights). Provide monthly performance reports (traffic, engagement, conversions, ad ROI if applicable). Make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Establish baseline metrics for growth (month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter). Deliverables: Full monthly performance dashboard (SSM + SEO + Web) Insights summary and next-month action plan Required Skills Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house) Strong command of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical) Competency in design/UI review tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD) Content writing & blog optimization experience Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush) Strong organizational and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at once Preferred Tools Social: Meta Suite, Later, Canva, GHL Social Planner SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Weblium, GoHighLevel Automation: GoHighLevel (CRM & Email), n8n (optional) Analytics: GA4, Data Studio, Meta Insights Performance Expectations Drive measurable growth in organic traffic, engagement, and lead volume Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms Ensure every channel (web, social, content) is conversion-optimized and performance-tracked Operate autonomously while reporting weekly/monthly to management
