About

About the Role: We're looking for a Digital Designer to support ongoing website, sales page, and product launches. You'll start by executing designs and then grow into owning post-launch updates, feedback rounds, and asset management across multiple client projects. We have developers for the heavy lifting, so you won't be building full sites from scratch all the time, but we need someone who can jump in and make ad-hoc changes, polish pages, and ensure everything looks and functions beautifully. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team player committed to serving well! About Us: The Launch People is a design agency focused on creating websites and digital experiences that sell. We have been in business for over 14 years and manage both digital and print projects for our clients. Learn more at https://www.thelaunchpeople.com/ What You’ll Do: 1. Design in Figma and update web pages in platforms like Kajabi, Shopify, Showit, and Squarespace according to our creative direction and client feedback. 2. Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate creative concepts into functional, visually appealing pages. 3. Provide strategic input when needed: listen to client concerns and feedback, and make thoughtful adjustments that align with both client goals and design best practices. 4. Work independently on smaller tasks and coordinate with our developers for more complex changes What We’re Looking For: 1. Someone with a strong design sensibility and a portfolio that shows off your ability to create clean, engaging web pages. 2. Hands-on experience with Kajabi, Shopify, Showit, and Squarespace. Enough to feel comfortable jumping into these platforms and making updates. 3. The ability to think critically and offer strategic insights. We want someone who can do more than just follow instructions and can actually engage with client needs. 4. Good communication skills! You’ll be interacting with clients directly, so you need to be comfortable translating their feedback into design action. Time zone & communication: We’re looking for someone available during standard U.S. business hours (North or South America preferred) with strong English communication skills. You should be able to interpret feedback, think critically about design changes, and execute with minimal direction. This role requires autonomy, clarity, and the ability to bring digital assets to life without needing things spelled out.
