Reporting to the Lead Digital Analyst this role will leverage data and insights to optimise digital member experiences, driving engagement, performance, and business outcomes, while delivering actionable analytics and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. What will you be doing? Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver digital experience channel strategies informed by actionable, data-driven insights. Analyse digital member interactions and journeys to understand channel effectiveness, member outcomes, and performance against targets. Develop and present data visualisations to support decisions on improving digital member experiences. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (as required) to provide insights on digital member engagement and experience. Build and maintain dashboards for digital channels to provide near real-time performance tracking where applicable. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate findings, and make recommendations to improve the member experience. Partner with internal and external data teams to retrieve, enrich, segment, and transform data into actionable insights. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for digital experience improvements under the guidance of the Lead Digital Analyst – ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, while identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop Power BI tools and capabilities for digital member channels. Research trends across digital channels to stay current with industry analytical trends and digital experience best practice. Support tag lifecycle management processes to ensure consistency and accuracy, ensuring tagging and analytics tools are effectively implemented to deliver actionable business insights. Assist the Lead Digital Analyst in delivering the Digital Experience Program analytics roadmap – conduct routine and ad-hoc analyses to inform improvements in digital member journeys and unlock new opportunities. Provide actionable insights on digital member behaviour to guide the design and optimisation of digital channels and services. What are we looking for in you? Relevant tertiary qualifications (such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Science, or Statistics) or extensive industry experience is mandatory. Google Individual Qualifications is desirable. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in digital channels for customer experience-focused roles. Strong business acumen, adept at deriving customer-centric insights aligned with organisational goals and digital experience best practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail and experience navigating ambiguity. Experience in analysing both structured and unstructured data and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent data storytelling skills, effectively communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated understanding of digital channels, including web, mobile, app, self-service platforms. Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager and coordination/management of advanced tagging across varied digital environments. Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including analysis, modelling, and reporting Experience with product sales concepts and using analytics to inform performance and optimisation strategies.
