We’re a small founding team developing a consumer-facing SaaS platform in the automotive/finance space. The core product is already partially built as an MVP in Bolt.new, and we are now ready to elevate it into a production-ready application with scalable architecture, polished UX, proper backend structures, and compliant data handling practices (US + Canada). We are looking to assemble a small, high-quality remote team to complete and extend the platform. This is not a one-off project — we want to build long-term relationships with professionals who care about clean code, thoughtful architecture, smooth user experience, and compliant data practices. Roles We Are Actively Hiring Front-End Developer (React / Typescript / Tailwind preferred) - Improve existing components built through Bolt.new - Build clean, fast, mobile-first UI states - Work closely with UX to polish flows - Experience with dashboards, forms, file uploads, step-by-step flows, and interactive components Back-End Developer (Node / Supabase / PostgreSQL) - Optimize and refactor backend logic - Improve stability, data modeling, and query performance - Implement job processing, validation, reviewer workflows - Set up scalable APIs and authentication best practices - Experience with data extraction and structured data pipelines is a plus UI/UX Designer - Work with an existing semi-functional interface and turn it into a polished SaaS experience - Create clean, modern, conversion-optimized screens - Improve navigation, flows, and error states - Knowledge of SaaS, fintech, or document-based apps is helpful Data Compliance Specialist (US + Canada) - Help design compliant data collection and storage standards - Advise on privacy, consent, data retention, anonymization, and sensitive information handling - Experience with PIPEDA, CPPA, state privacy laws, and general consumer data frameworks - Not looking for legal advice — looking for implementation guidance About the MVP (High Level) - Currently built inside Bolt.new - Already includes: User authentication Document upload & processing flow AI-driven analysis tool Manual review workflow Admin and user dashboards - Now we need to refactor, expand, and harden it into a scalable production platform. What the Finished Product Needs - Without revealing proprietary mechanics, the end product needs to deliver: - Smooth consumer-facing onboarding & document submission - A reviewer dashboard with smart data mapping tools - Scalable backend architecture for structured data capture - Email/SMS notification flows - Reliable admin oversight tools - Strong privacy & security posture We’re open to hourly work to start, with the opportunity for ongoing project-based or long-term collaboration.
