Here are the main responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Owner and users to understand and validate team needs. Maintain and support 10+ applications, including design, programming, configuration, and integration. Participate in technical discussions to make development choices aligned with best practices and corporate standards. Ensure security and confidentiality while continuously improving processes. Prepare and execute automated tests, support QA activities, and perform required testing throughout development. Implement CI/CD pipelines, promote AI and learning platforms, and follow best practices while suggesting improvements. Provide technical support post-production, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotations, and actively engage in team activities while fostering a learning mindset. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Is known for excellent teamwork and communication skills (French is an asset). Stands out for strong technical expertise, including Salesforce, SQL Server, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, SSRS, React, C#, Azure DevOps, Dynatrace, Bootstrap, and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies. Demonstrates adaptability and versatility, with experience in Mainframe (COBOL, DB2) and/or PowerBuilder applications considered an asset. Is recognized for advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI, combined with strong attention to detail and results orientation. Shows curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, seeking opportunities to explore new technologies and support the development of others. Possesses solid industry knowledge and education, with a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or at least 5 years of experience as a high-performing developer; knowledge of financial services and insurance is an asset.
