Deliverables are locked; this is execution-only. I need a designer to finalize a parent/teacher tool called ShineFile™ (Ages 7–10). What I have: final copy (locked), 4-page structure, clear visual direction (simple, calm, B/W), and a detailed field map (what’s editable + spacing). Deliverables: 1. PRINT PDF (non-editable, clean for handwriting) 2. EDITABLE PDF (fillable text fields + clickable checkboxes; standard form fields only—no scripts/macros) 3. Source file (InDesign preferred) Requirements: Editable version must work in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) and allow save/reopen. Tools: Adobe InDesign + Adobe Acrobat preferred (no Canva-only solutions). Timeline: 3–5 days. Budget: Fixed (open to fair rates). Please include examples of fillable PDFs/forms/worksheets and confirm you can execute from a field map without redesigning copy/layout.
