I am seeking a freelancer with strong document design skills to take a completed narrative evaluation report and format it into a polished, professional and visually appealing Word document. All written content is already complete and just needs to be editted and polished. Your role is formatting, layout, visual refinement, page structure, light typography styling, and inserting graphics placeholders. Scope: • approximately 50 to 65 pages once formatted • page layout in Microsoft Word • consistent headers, footers, page numbers • clear section hierarchy and professional typography • add page breaks where appropriate • insert placeholders for photographs, graphics and timeline • create a clean cover page • ensure the document looks like a formal evaluation report that could be submitted to funders, partners or government reviewers Requirements: • proven experience in formatting and layout in Microsoft Word • ability to work with long documents • strong eye for visual clarity, spacing, alignment and readability • must have portfolio examples of professionally designed Word reports (not Canva, not PDF only) Deliverables: • final Word document (docx) with all formatting complete • ready for export to PDF Preferred qualities: • responsive communication • attention to detail • ability to elevate and edit content.
