We’re on the lookout for a Dental Hygiene Development Manager who will partner with our amazing hygiene teams across clinics to elevate patient care, standardize best practices, and unlock the full potential of every hygienist! This exciting role will involve regular travel between clinics, building trust with our fantastic teams on the ground, and driving meaningful change across the networks.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with hygienists, becoming a trusted mentor and coach
• Elevate patient care through training, standardization, and hands-on support
• Partner with clinic leaders to align hygiene goals with overall clinic growth
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and skill development for new hygienists
• Deliver training initiatives on new products, patient care standards, and workflow optimization
• Coach underperforming clinics to achieve consistency and excellence

Who We’re Looking For

• A Registered Dental Hygienist with leadership ambition or experience
• Strong communicator who can coach, motivate, and connect with people
• Business-savvy with an understanding of hygiene KPIs and growth levers
• Comfortable with regular travel between clinics
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about driving excellence
