We’re Hiring A Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve Only) We’re a creative agency producing branded content for e-commerce brands, and we’re looking for a video editor to support our workload during the busy holiday season. ⸻ WHAT YOU’LL EDIT Short-form video ads (10–20 seconds) for Meta, Instagram, and Facebook. See examples of our work: https://www.instagram.com/benjaminsagency/ ⸻ REQUIREMENTS You MUST use DaVinci Resolve. Our entire team works in DaVinci Resolve Cloud for collaboration. This is non-negotiable. Technical Requirements: • DaVinci Resolve (latest version) • Reliable high-speed internet for Resolve Cloud collaboration Skills Needed: • Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal direction • Can take raw footage + a content plan and produce polished edits independently • Experience with short-form branded content (not UGC) • Basic typography skills for clean text overlays We’re a small team. We can guide you, but we need an editor who doesn’t require micromanaging. ⸻ SPEED & AVAILABILITY (CRITICAL) • Standard turnaround for edits/revisions: 24 hours during the work week Monday to Friday • Must be available during weekday work hours to receive projects and communicate • Fast turnaround and quick response times are highly prioritized • Editors who cannot meet these expectations will not be selected after the test project We give the most work to our fastest, most reliable editors. ⸻ RATE & HOURS Rate: $15–35/hour USD (depending on skill) Hours: Part-time, 10–20 hrs/week, with potential for full-time based on performance Structure: Starts with a paid test project.
