Randstad is looking for a Data Analyst to work closely with Product Owners and development teams, to promote the growth and continuous improvement of digital channels through in-depth analytics. If you have 10 years of experience in related digital products development or data mining role, this position might be for you!
You will be responsible of the following:
Provide a high level of service by responding to all client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe in order to maintain the company’s image and strengthen client retention Verify and confirm with vendor sources for any discrepancies in set up information Establish communication networks with all business units for the receipt of security set up data. Ensure that all securities are set up and delivered to our various applications in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet our clients’ requirements. You will be responsible for the quality of the production delivery and respect of the deadlines.

Responsibilities
-Work alongside a product owner(s), and be responsible for analyzing the digital behavior of clients and providing modeling and execution support to assist in personalizing experiences
Participate on a team where data, measurement, and analysis is integral to smart decision making and building awesome products and features
Provide objective, value-added insights and analysis to help drive optimization across products KPIs (i.e increased usage and sales recommendations)
- Build critical understanding of customers and how they use products and be a strong internal voice for the power of analytics as a driver of business value
- The delivery of business value in this role comes from a combination of knowledge transfer to key stakeholders and the provisioning of data services and tests to client facing applications (Public websites, Online Banking, Mobile apps)
- Analyze large data sets and representing the behavior of digital product users to provide insights about user actions that help owners optimize on KPIs (i.e. conversions, attribution models, path analysis, cohort analysis, conversion analytics, etc.)
- Consult with digital team leaders to understand goals and identify potential analytics projects or solutions to further the objectives of the Digital Product teams
- Support Multivariate and A/B testing by exposing core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience
- Responsible for managing and developing business relationships with Digital product owners and key partners, including conducting regular monthly business review
- Deliver clear, concise and timely analysis with team members and stakeholders identifying trends, issues and opportunities, performance analysis, dashboards, benchmarking, sales reports, customer profile/segmentation, etc.
- Work closely with developers to modify digital content based on business rules and models
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience:
Must-have
-10+ years experience in related digital product development or data mining role
- BA/BSc or above in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, software engineering or related quantitative field
- Advanced knowledge of R, Python, SQL or SAS
- Understanding of marketing analytics, data mining, experimentation and measurement
- Knowledge of web and mobile development processes
Nice-to-have
-Familiar with online tools such as Google Analytics Premium and Tableau
- Knowledge of graph analytics (Neo4j, DataStax, Neptune)
- Experience with the deployment of APIs and services for front-end personalization
- Knowledge of graph analytics (Neo4j, DataStax, Neptune)
- Ability to code in Scala
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting
Skills & Competencies:
- The ideal candidate has a passion for data, a strong background in quantitative analysis and the latest technologies and an interest in finance and banking
- Strong team player with track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agile team
- Proven analytics and problem solving skills
- Strong drive and desire to understand relationship of organizational components
