- Identify changes to profiles and advise intermediate or senior underwriter
- Communicate regularly, answering basic questions from customers, carriers and border agents
- Maintain and update tariff database, ensure accuracy
- HS codes

Qualifications
- 5 years of similar experience in Customs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of HS codes and Tariff codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Bilingualism, French and English (very important)
