- Train, mentor, and develop junior staff and customs specialists
- Monitor KPIs, audit entries, and drive continuous process improvements
- Support clients with customs consulting and classification guidance as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with administration and accounting departments

Qualifications
- 10 years minimum experience in customs brokerage is a must!
- Strong knowledge of CBSA regulations, HS classification, and OGD requirements
- Previous proven leadership skills
- Bilingualism is a must
- Diploma in Supply Chain or related customs program
- CIFFA, CTCS and/or CCS Certificate
