We are looking for a Customer Support Rep (CSR) to help grow our business and contribute to our future. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact for all customers across the company’s product lines. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely, accurate follow-up from initial contact through to complete resolution. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Customer Support, highlights of the position include: Supporting and resolving customer inquiries both over the phone and email, investigating issues, diagnosing root causes, and providing timely, professional solutions. Interpreting and communicating ISC policies, procedures, and requirements to help customers complete registrations and submissions successfully. Providing guidance and information on processes related to Corporate Registry, Land Registry, Vital Statistics, Personal Property Registry, and other ISC services, ensuring compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations. Delivering operational and technical support to clients using various ISC systems and tools, including online submission platforms and customer management systems. Assisting customers with completing and preparing documentation, including legal forms and applications, and notarizing affidavits or certificates where required. Other related duties. What you’ll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with experience or training in customer service or office administration Direct experience working in a call centre considered strong asset Knowledge of ISC systems and services, including Land Registry, Corporate Registry, Personal Property Registry, and Vital Statistics. Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations, such as The Land Titles Act, 2000 and related directives and procedures. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, CRM systems, and internal ISC programs. Basic understanding of accounting principles to handle payments, deposits, and account adjustments. Key Competencies: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to de-escalate and resolve complex inquiries. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to be clear, accurate, and professional in both written and verbal interactions. Proven attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents and data. Effective time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.
