  • The Customer Success & Partnerships Intern will support the Customer Success team in delivering a seamless client experience. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, day-to-day administrative support, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about paid media operations and client services.
  • Support the client onboarding process to ensure smooth and timely setup
  • Assist with day-to-day client administrative tasks and account maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams
  • Support the Onboarding Specialist with backend setup across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native advertising platforms
  • Assist in setting up internal systems for new customers
  • Coordinate API integrations with relevant teams
  • Prepare regular performance reporting summaries for new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
  • Support general campaign maintenance and optimization tasks
  • A native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Holds strong attention to detail
  • Is proactive and customer-focused
  • Is enthusiastic and fun to work with
  • Can work independently; can handle deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
