We are seeking an experienced professional to implement a customer success management module using Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up lightweight and efficient solutions that can be deployed immediately. Scope (MVP) Success pipeline & health scores (NPS/CSAT, product usage proxies, comms status) Account plans & QBR templates (notes, action items, next steps) Playbooks: onboarding, churn-risk, expansion/upsell Alerts & tasks (at-risk devices/accounts, SLA breaches) Dashboards: team/rep scorecards, churn/retention, renewal calendar Integrations: Zoho Books/Inventory & Gmail/Calendar; webhooks or Make.com where needed Clean permissions, templates, and a short admin/user guide Must-Have Experience Building Customer Success workflows in Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Creator Automations (Blueprints, workflows), custom modules, dashboards, and reporting Data model design & clean imports/migrations Clear documentation and handoff Nice to Have Experience with SaaS telemetry/telematics or similar B2B motion NPS/CSAT tooling, renewal forecasting, revenue reporting Retool/Glide/Notion databases as lightweight front-ends (if faster) Delivery & Timeline Start this week, ship MVP in 2–3 weeks with 1–2 iteration cycles.
