Membrain is growing as an organization as well as a product as we are improving its capabilities and features every three weeks! To ensure our customers keep benefitting from all that Membrain has to offer, we are looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist based in Georgia, Michigan or Ohio to bridge the gap between our customer’s technical and business needs with Membrain’s capabilities.
As a member of the Solutions team, you are a product expert and help design elegant technical solutions in collaboration with our Sales, Customer Success and Product teams, to ensure our customers are set up for success. Being a SOC2 compliant organisation, a background check will be required when we get to the stage where we’ve made you an offer.
Responsibilities
- Engage closely with customers and their Customer Success Advocate (occasionally our sales team and/or partner) to discover and understand customers’ technical requirements while keeping their business needs in mind
- Design and implement elegant and creative solutions to align with customer needs, providing technical insights and best practices for implementation
- Manage data import projects for customers
- Play an integral role in integration projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and updates to maintain an in-depth understanding of Membrain's features, functionalities, and integration capabilities
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues and customers during onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing usage
- Be the escalation point for technical queries and guide customers through complex scenarios, ensuring a seamless experience
- Update and create help center articles, tutorials, and documentation to empower customers to use Membrain effectively
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance the overall customer experience
- Contribute to Membrain’s continuous improvement by identifying requirement trends across our customer base
- Be curious about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to CRMs and sales effectiveness

- Respond to escalated technical queries from colleagues and customers

You have
- The capacity to easily switch from one project to another
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A good understanding of sales processes and the sales landscape
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
In the first 30 days
- Learn the foundation of why Membrain exists and how we serve our customers and partners
- Have a solid understanding of Membrain's core features and functionalities
- Become familiar with the tools and platforms we use
- Successfully complete the first phases of Membrain’s onboarding program
- Shadow Customer Success team members to observe real customer interactions and solution designs
- Respond to your first customer inquiries and simple technical requests
- Create and update several help centre articles or similar relevant documentation
In your first 90 days
- Explain to others what Membrain does and how it works
- Have had contact with all team members
- Handle and resolve technical queries, serving as the go-to escalation point for colleagues and customers
- Have designed your first technical solution for a customer
After a year
- Know Membrain inside and out
- Become a role model for new hires and help the team grow
- Continually be learning about all things needed to stay on top of your game
- Be the go-to person for designing complex technical solutions for customers
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
