Responsibilities
This is more than just a customer service job—it’s a chance to be a key player in a major company transformation. As a Customer Relations Specialist for our new, integrated member site, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients in English , guiding them through a brand-new digital experience.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement that gives you the flexibility to work both in the office and from home.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

Become a true subject matter expert on our new Integrated Member Site, helping clients navigate the site with confidence.

Provide exceptional support over the phone and via email, ensuring every client feels heard and understood.

Listen intently to diagnose technical issues and use your problem-solving skills to find quick, effective solutions.

Document customer interactions with care, ensuring every detail is captured accurately in our case tracking system.

Work as part of a dynamic and supportive team to deliver an unparalleled customer experience, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm EST.



Qualifications
•Fluency in English / required for this role.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•High school Diploma
•The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•A high degree of attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Position: Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday- 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time)
Location: Downtown, London
Hybrid - 2 day in Office, 3 days from home
Salary: 46,000 $
