Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that each customer receives timely and professional support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media messages.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding products, orders, sizing, and company policies.
  • Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to orders, shipments, or account information.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally and escalated when necessary.
  • Support online store operations, including monitoring orders and reviewing customer feedback.
  • Contribute to improving workflows and suggesting customer service enhancements.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or related field is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, e-commerce, or call centre environments preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional, patient, and courteous when handling customer concerns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working with customer management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Interest in athletics, training gear, or sports culture is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$36.98 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
