In case of a breakdown or incident: Your responsibility is to direct clients toward possible solutions and provide them with relevant, up-to-date information.
In the absence of an incident: You will be seated in the train car and remain available. You will be compensated for your presence, even when not actively intervening.
Note: This position is focused on information and guidance. It does not include the intervention or security responsibilities of security agents.

Requirements
Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
Ability to communicate well and address people clearly and courteously.
Basic experience or demonstrated aptitude for public interaction.
No specific education is required.
Professionalism and punctuality.
