We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retention Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. The Retention Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn rates.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Lead a team of retention specialists, providing supervision and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align retention efforts with overall business goals.
- Negotiate terms with customers when necessary to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and report findings to senior management.
- Manage projects related to customer engagement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role focused on customer retention or similar fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising team members.
- Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to drive decision-making.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers while maintaining positive relationships.
- Background in sales is advantageous, providing insight into customer motivations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
