Main Responsibilities
Manage and support the incoming sales process: order entry, tracking, and internal coordination.
Create and maintain documentation related to shipping, invoicing, and quality assurance.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Perform administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies
Support internal departments with day-to-day operational tasks.
Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
High School, Speak English, French and Italian (optional)
Experience: 1 year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Work Location: In person
