Position Summary
We’re hiring a Curd Associate to support daily manufacturing tasks including unpackaging stored curd, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This position involves heavy lifting and carrying, working in refrigerated environments, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience).
• Maintain accurate records of curd handling, storage, and usage for traceability.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for curd handling and ensure proper sanitation of said equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of stored curd to ensure consistent supply for production needs.
• Ensure curd is stored and handled under proper conditions to preserve quality and safety.
• Prepare curd for production by following controlled preparation procedures.
• Inspect stored and prepared curd for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and food safety regulations during curd handling.
• Work closely with production team to ensure timely curd supply.
• Identify opportunities to improve curd handling efficiency and reduce waste.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Attention to Detail: Monitors curd quality and consistency throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Technical Knowledge: Understands curd handling procedures, equipment operation, and sanitation requirements in a dairy environment.
• Food Safety Compliance: Adheres to HACCP, GMP, and allergen control standards during all curd processing activities.
• Time Management: Maintains production flow by completing tasks efficiently and meeting scheduled timelines.
• Team Collaboration: Works cooperatively with other production team members to achieve quality and output goals.
• Adaptability: Responds effectively to changes in production schedules or process adjustments while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable attendance is critical.
• Must be able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and complete forms accurately.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and statutory holidays, to support production demands.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, working in varying temperatures and humidity levels, and lifting (up to 25kgs), pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
• No prior experience necessary – we will train you!
