We’re a fast-growing global eSIM provider revolutionizing how travelers and businesses stay connected across 200+ countries. Our platform makes mobile data easy, affordable, and borderless. As we expand into B2B, loyalty platforms, and direct-to-consumer markets, we need a CRM Specialist who can help us design, manage, and optimize our customer relationship management. Role Overview: As our CRM Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end management of our CRM systems and customer engagement flows. You’ll ensure we’re leveraging data to understand our users, running impactful lifecycle campaigns, and building long-term loyalty in an industry where seamless connectivity is everything. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize our CRM platform (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Bravo or similar). 2. Design and execute customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, upsell, retention, win-back). 3. Segment users based on travel patterns, ARPU, churn risk, and engagement. 4. Work closely with marketing to run personalized email, SMS, and in-app campaigns. 5. Create reporting dashboards to track KPIs (LTV, churn, conversion, NPS). 6. Integrate CRM workflows with billing, support, and eSIM provisioning systems. 7. Collaborate with product teams to improve customer journeys and reduce friction. Qualifications: 1. 2+ years’ experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management (telecom, SaaS, or travel tech is a plus). 2. Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo,Bravo or similar). 3. Strong skills in data segmentation, reporting, and campaign automation. 4. Understanding of telecom or subscription-based businesses preferred. 5. Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable campaigns. 6. Excellent communication skills; able to work with marketing, product, and sales.
