Role Overview The Consultant will partner with leadership, operations, and sales teams to document, quantify, and digitally transform existing business processes. The goal is to implement scalable, trackable systems and introduce robust sales and operations trackers on appropriate technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyze and map current operational and sales workflows, identifying every process step, bottleneck, and metric. Design and document processes into clear, standardized workflows that are easily measurable and trackable. Recommend and implement workflow automation tools or CRM features to digitize processes for transparency and efficiency. Oversee end-to-end rollout of sales and operations trackers, including KPI dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools. Train and support internal teams (Ops, Sales, Management) to ensure strong adoption and understanding of new workflows and tech tools. Develop best practices, SOPs, and training documentation for ongoing workflow management and improvement. Provide status updates, recommendations, and post-implementation analysis to senior leadership. Ensure processes are scalable for future growth and compatible with both India and North America operations. Desired Qualifications 10+ years experience in business process optimization, workflow automation, or business analysis, preferably in PropTech, SaaS, or Real Estate sectors. Proven track record implementing workflow tools and operational trackers (CRM, workflow automation, dashboards). Strong grasp of digital tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, or similar platforms). Exceptional analytical and project management skills. Experience with stakeholder management, training, and change management. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, driving results on tight timelines.
