We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to help generate engaging, clickable YouTube titles and fresh content ideas. This role is about more than just brainstorming — it’s about understanding what makes people click, what keeps them watching, and how to align titles and ideas with our overall brand. Time Commitment: This is a part-time role requiring roughly 3 hours per week. Workload may vary slightly depending on content schedules, but consistency is key. Responsibilities: Create attention-grabbing titles that spark curiosity and drive high click-through rates. Brainstorm unique video concepts and angles that stand out in a crowded space. Suggest thumbnail concepts to pair naturally with titles (no design required, just the vision). Research trending topics, competitor strategies, and audience interests to fuel ideas. Provide multiple title variations for each idea to allow testing and optimization. Deliver 5–10 new ideas with corresponding title variations each week. Requirements: Experience in YouTube, social media, copywriting, or content ideation. Strong understanding of audience psychology, trends, and viral hooks. Ability to think outside the box and present ideas that feel fresh, bold, and engaging. Reliable communication and ability to adapt ideas based on feedback. Bonus Points If You: Have worked with YouTube creators, brands, or digital agencies. Can give a short explanation of why a particular title or idea works. Understand how to balance creativity with audience expectations and platform strategy.
