We’re a fast-growing men’s gothic/punk/alternative jewelry brand seeking a Creative Video Editor experienced in fashion or jewelry advertising to make scroll-stopping, high-converting ads while growing and winning with us as a team. Requirements: •Strong grasp of retention editing, storytelling, and pacing. •Creative eye for composition, rhythm, and tone. •Understanding of marketing psychology and brand emotion. •Ability to expand on winning concepts and think strategically. •Reliable communication and attention to detail. Bonus: Creative strategy or media buying background. Compensation: $30 per 15-sec video + 5% profit bonus on ads created. Freelance to start, with potential to grow into a full-time in-house creative role with salary and long-term partnership.
